Business in the Community - Award for Tackling Climate Change - 10 June 2010

Translink has won a top award for helping to tackle climate change. Awarded by Business in the Community, these awards are Northern Ireland’s most influential and well respected corporate responsibility awards.

This prestigious Climate Change award was given for the innovative and sustainable action we have taken towards reducing our own carbon footprint.

Award – Buildings over £3 million category – Newry Railway Station

The award was made at the RSUA Design Awards dinner held on Thursday 20th May in the Ulster Hall, Belfast.

RICS Northern Ireland Awards

Commended – Community Benefit category - Newry Railway Station

The award was made at the RICS Northern Ireland Awards Presentation on Monday 17th May in the Great Hall, Queens University, Belfast.
